Before returning any item you must contact us at 800.430.2067 or email [email protected],

For Defective items to be refund or to be replaced, and so other type of returns you must contact us within 30 days from time of delivery,

Holiday items that are received defective you must contact us within 3 days of receiving the defective items, so we can replace it immediately.

Please note, Seasonal, Sale, Specialty, wood and silver, antique leather and custom orders are excluded. And are not qualified for a refund or exchange, same applies to all International orders regardless of the items ordered,

Returns (cancelations) on order with free shipping will be charged a $10.00 fee

Orders with free Shipping may take 2-3 weeks for the shipment to arrive,

 If you need additional time to return an item, please contact us prior to the 30th day after you received your order, so we could assist you with it,
